Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I was denied to reorder after they posted my order as delivered. Thus location needs to be shut down. This is not the first incident I've had. The first was a thrown around pizza delivered to me with all the toppings tossed to one side. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this location.

worst service ever literally sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to help us and they were busy hanging out talking cussing etc. no one ever acknowledged us nor helped us so we ended up leaving not to mention we had children

We asked if we could dine in. They said yes we ordered pizza and wings and drinks. They brought the box out to us and the wings. No plates no ice for drinks. There was no one I. The dining area that they could use that as excuse. Never asked us if we needed anything else.

Pizza Hut, your locations are in piss poor conditions. At the very least get a working a A/C for your employees. Pizza Hut is failing as a corporation.

Just ordered haven't been in pizzahut in like forever disgusting I ask for regular stuff crust pizza pizza cheese wasn't melted taste horrible put ranch but it taste weird unedible like cheese gone bad super disgusting pizza over price we only ate crust only edible Part little Ceasars way better never order from here again
I had a bad experience with my delivery but called and dealt with the manager, whose name I forget off hand, but she was awesome and made it right no questions asked.

Gross. I mean, I don't expect much from Pizza Hut. However, all of the food tasted and looked terrible. Asked for the pizza to be cut in squares (they offer it on their app) this is what I get. Foods inedible and is just bad. I'd give it zero stars if it was an option. Also, they deliver with DoorDash, so it's just bad all around.

I want there last Sunday July 23 right about 8:06 p.m. When I walked in it looked like all the staff were sitting at a table having a good time all the dining chairs put in the tables, but when I said I wanted to dine in they said that the dine in closes at 8:00 pm. That I could only order carry out. I had friends coming with me, but due to no dine in available we decided to go elsewhere. Is this common for all pizza hut stores or is this the only store doing this? I've started reading the reviews for this store and I'm seeing a pattern of the lack of interest for making this a great store from the top down. So sad to see what used to be a great chain now is horrible.
