If I could put 0 stars in would. I ordered at the store. I told the lady I wanted a pan pizza. I sat in the store waiting on my order and the guy making the pizzas, kept pulling his pants up and scratching and touching his hair, all while he was making pizzas with no gloves or washing his hands. Doing other things around the store with no hand washing. Then back to making pizzas. Needless to say when I got my order I got a thin crust, told the lady I ordered a pan crust. She stood her ground not making it rite for the customer. Had to buy another pizza with pan crust. So now I have two pizzas made by a guy that has no health code clue. So got home ate two pieces of the pan, tried the thin crust it was horrible. Neither one of the pizzas has much toppings on them. Ended up throwing both pizzas away and made everyone sick. We will never be back to that store. The store was dirty and smelly.

The tables and lobby was dirty food all over the floor, service sucked you can tell no one wanted to be there or hated there job, standing around on there phones or eating, and the cooks weren't wearing gloves. We always come to this location but don't think we will be back worst visit we've ever had.

We went in today to dine inside. The dining room was kind of gross and filthy. Makes me worry about how clean the kitchen is. You can tell the walls and pictures are rarely cleaned. The women's bathroom was so dark I could barely see anything. We love Pizza Hut but I'm really disgusted that it was so dirty. There was a layer of dust on the overhead lamp and the floors were dingy and streaked. Hopefully management will see this and make the appropriate corrections.

The food was fine once we finally got it and it wasn't messed up. We waited a good 45 minutes for it to finally got our two pasta bowls, and I went to mix my chicken alfredo and there was literally no sauce. It was completely dry and covered in a ridiculous amount of cheese.When I told the server and she took it back it took another 20 minutes to get one that actually had sauce on it. And it's no wonder it took so ridiculously long to make when everytime you look in the kitchen all the employees are just hanging out talking. This place used to be pretty good but it seems like everything is just going down hill. Definitely won't be back. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

Food was good but then noticed the cook go in and out the door to smoke and then return and put his hands directly on to food and product with out washing his hands . Yikes so if the guy with the gray and blue hat is there I'd go somewhere else.
Great service today walked in and out in less than 5 mins. Manager was nice, pizza was delicious and freshly made.

Do it! For the food and Paul the best server there is at any Pizza Hut here in the Permian Basin. Place definitely needs to be cleaned like a Lotta TLC is needed so I would order take out, but Pablo ?? great service.

I just got a pizza from Pizza Hut on my lunch break, the guy working the front counter was very respectful & immediately took my order & as I waited for my pizza he had the same positive energy with other customers that came in to the restaurant & the ones who were already there eating, it’s hard to find friendly people with good customer service in the restaurant business these days & my pizza was really good as well good job to the cook as well.

Did a curbside order. Food was ready at 625pm. Called curbside I was here and waited 20 minutes. Called for a second time and person on the phone said we are busy we will try to get to it. Waited again. Decided to get down with 3 sick crying kids. Didn't get my pizza till 730.
