So we had placed an order for the big dinner box and ordered 3 pizza, well when the order came once of the pizza’s was wrong. I called to let them know it was made wrong and to my surprise, they remade the pizza, delivered it and even threw in a cookie!! I was super happy with there customer service. You know how hard it is nowadays to receive customer service like that. I will continue to buy Pizza Hut on our pizza nights just because they were so kind! ❤️
My son ordered food at approximately 9:30pm, well within time before they closed at 11pm. It's now 11:10pm and both of us have been on hold for at least 20 minutes, with no pizza. This was to be our dinner for the evening. We're very hungry and disappointed. So now I have to hunt down food somewhere else very late at night and my son has been charged money for something we never received.
