The food was fine, but I’m giving one star because they added an extra tip to my total without my permission. I double-checked my receipt and bank charge, and the amount didn’t match what I authorized. That’s unacceptable — customers should be able to trust their payment is handled honestly. This is why people should check their receipts. I spoke with the shift manager when I found out, Marcos, and he ensured me the Regional or District Manager would reach out. It's been 2 weeks, and I haven't heard a thing.

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!!! DON’T ORDER FRON HERE. ORDERED $50+ worth of food for World Series gathering, and gave us Two miserably prepared pizzas worth $21. Called 4 times and their phone system WILL NOT CONNECT YOU TO THE STORE, SPENT 30 minutes on HOLD!!!! This system is rigged against the customer. ORDER PAPPA JOHNS!!!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Pizza Hut location, but after today, never coming back. I placed an order for a jalapeño pepperoni pizza and instead of being baked into the pizza, the jalapeños were just tossed on raw after the fact. It completely ruined the texture and taste. I called the store and was initially told they would replace it. Fair enough — mistakes happen. But when I tried calling back to confirm a replacement, no one was answering the phone. After multiple attempts, I decided to just go up there myself. When I arrived, I was met by extremely unprofessional employees who were casually saying “bro”. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping for some resolution, but instead, I was met with more disrespect and a flat-out refusal to replace the pizza — even though one of their own employees had already offered to do so over the phone. I’ve let plenty of mistakes slide in the past and never complained, but this time I felt I was completely within reason to ask for a remake. I spent my money and got a poorly made pizza and attitude in return. Pizza Hut really needs to train their staff on customer service and basic professionalism. Very disappointing experience. I'm glad I went in person because the place is also filthy just confirmation I don't need to be ordering there again.

Every time I order from here my food is cold, and the pizza isn’t sliced or there’s hardly ever any toppings on it. I have given it a try quite some times before making this review, the service is also horrible, everyone is rude and if you call they will tell you “thank you for calling Pizza Hut please hold” and then hang up on you.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Kept getting messages from a Daniel. Never received our 45$ order. Tried to call pizza hut. The local store and kept keeping the call center. We will transfer you. 7 callers later never dis talk to local store in Odessa tx.

Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Long story short, placed delivery, no pizza 1.5 hours later, staff would answer then leave phone off hook. Had to drive up to location, asked for refund, “manager and employee argued with me about how it wasn’t there fault, they are short staffed etc… Wouldn’t give me a refund, said they didn’t care about my pizza and told me to go back there and do there job cause I said it’s not that hard. Told manager I’d be reaching out to corporate and he/she said “they won’t fire me bud”. What a joke that place is. I’ll never go back.

I ate a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, I gave the employe my name on the order but he said it was in the oven it was actually ready inside the warmer, after a little while more a more experience worker came in an gave me my pizza out of the warmer, the pizza was very expensive 21 dollars an some change but was really good.
