This place has definitely went down hill!! They are always out of everything, or say it’s gonna be a wait. They never have the pretzels ready in the warmer anymore. There’s only ever 1 or 2 ppl working and they are always on their phones. This used to be my favorite place for lunch but it’s not even worth it anymore. I would give 0 stars if I could

I went to the mall this past weekend and got some pretzels from Shelly and Chloe. They were both so kind and helped answer any questions I had about the different sizes and pretzels. They got my pretzels to me in a timely manner and were very professional. I enjoyed my experience with them and look forward to visiting again!
