Pretzelmaker's registers are down a lot. That prevents online ordering. Real pain in the tucus. Usually has a long wait when you stop by the brick and mortar. This small chain has the potential to make way more money, increase margin and improve efficiency. The pretzels are great, but the hassle is too great. Employees seemed annoyed to exist in general.
They served with a smile! I got the salted pretzel and a large lemonade. They had just pulled the pretzel out of the oven and it was so fresh and delicious, and the lemonade was perfect amount of sweetness!
