I went to the mall this past weekend and got some pretzels from Shelly and Chloe. They were both so kind and helped answer any questions I had about the different sizes and pretzels. They got my pretzels to me in a timely manner and were very professional. I enjoyed my experience with them and look forward to visiting again!
My experience was absolutely great! Chloe was the best she has a great personality. And Shelly Showed Amazing Customer Service as well. And The young lady Bre made sure everything was fresh and ready. I appreciated and enjoyed my experience here. Definitely will be back!!!
Pretzelmaker's registers are down a lot. That prevents online ordering. Real pain in the tucus. Usually has a long wait when you stop by the brick and mortar. This small chain has the potential to make way more money, increase margin and improve efficiency. The pretzels are great, but the hassle is too great. Employees seemed annoyed to exist in general.
