Jen K, from the Odessa, TX branch did an amazing job! She was very attentive and thoughtful! She was on time and professional with us and gave us our space when it was appropriate! She is a friendly and courteous waitress and a great addition wherever she works! The restaurant itself was very clean and orderly!

Jen was our waitress. We had reservations for Star Gonzalez. And we specifically mentioned my husband's birthday On the reservation online and also to the manager.When we got there , They celebrated a birthday next to us and completely forgot about us. Set a little point what's extremely disappointed. What a letdown. Not only did we have sweet extra for our food.But then the waitress comes up and asks us if we want dessert completely disregarding that it was my husband's birthday. Didn'? T come to check on us. How to flag down for a refill. My fish and chips was burnt , and I got half of a fish. What a disappointing visit I Mentioned to the person in the front that they forgot my husband's birthday and he went to tell the manager , and they did a name and come out to talk to us

Three years later and it’s exactly the same.
Same problem for years…. Takes forever to get in to eat. Most of restaurant is available with no customers because they are all waiting an hour plus to eat here. Food is still good. Go to a job fair and hire HELP.
