We used to love this place, but the last few times the food and the service were subpar. We made reservations by phone 3 hours prior and when we arrived they checked us in and told us it would be a minute before our tdeparture able was ready. 45 minutes later the hostess told us that our reservation wasn’t until 7:45 when I had actually made the reservation for 7:00. We were finally seated at 8:00. It took another 10 before a server took our drink order. Service was very slow, waitress was very unfriendly, and the food was hard, dry, and tasteless. Not to mention that I was brought the wrong food. We were there for almost 3 hours total!! It was $148 for a horrible meal and experience. The friends that went with us and another couple we know were very disappointed as well! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I was taken in for my birthday luncheon it was so relaxing so peaceful great we stayed for over two hours just talking catching up with my dad it was wonderful waitress good everything excellentDietary restrictions: Broccoli salad
I got the endless shrimp, and it was amazing. They have a plethora of different shrimp flavors to try and I personally recommend the grilled shrimp. The server was so nice, and was understandable with my requests and inquiry’s about the shrimp. The atmosphere was calm and very romantic. I highly recommend for a date but could get pricy.

No Ahy, good service, very bad service, I spent half an hour at the reception, the food is good but a lot of delay, they don't even bring you water with your drink, so the waiters don't serve you well at all and the floor is dirty. I asked for a drink and they brought it to me later. that I was leaving and on top of that they put it on my account I talked to the manager and she told them and they tell me that Oh there is a line and there is no one here Oh no one only 3 months very bad job they leave your dirty dishes Oh until you leave I pay the bill and it was 126 and it turns out that they overcharged me 145, it's shameless and very disrespectful, I don't recommend it to anyone

Food is very good here. The shrimp was a highlight. However the place is semi dirty all the time, and service can be a bit slow due to the waitresses doing the bussing as well.
I have been eating here my entire life. Still love it as much as I did before. Never gets old and the food is always consistently great. Service is always good and the options are there. Seafood in the desert is rare. At least this has never done me wrong.
We go to red lobster for lunch we order our lunch i got the duo lobster tail and my husband order the lobster pasta man every thing was so bad the lobster tail was so salty my husband pasta full with water the server take it back and bring back a different one like they throw off the water and add more sauce it was so salty he did not eat it we ask for the manager she came but did not apologies she said she will take it off and walk away i would never go back there ever again the server was ok next thing i sat in a booth and the booth smell like wet dog worst place to ever go eat please dont go there
Went for lobsterfest. Good was great. Service was ok if not a little slow. The inside is very dated but ok.

Our server was amazing. The food was good. Definitely try the bacon mac & cheese. The Gran patron margarita was really good. Perfect amount of alcohol just when you need it. The green apple wave which is new at red lobster is good. It’s got a little kick to it so if you like ginger beer, definitely a must try. The coastal colada is a definitely must try. If you wanna try something with a kick, I would definitely suggest try and get spiked. Food was definitely good. It was cooked to order. We had some issues with the filet mignon being undercooked, but the waitress got that fixed and it came back perfect. If you are looking for a casual learning experience, I would definitely say this would be a great place to go for a family dining or a quiet date night experience.

We had the surf and turf which was the special on Wednesday. The meal was good. The steak was tender but not alot of flavor. But then again it is a seafood place. I enjoyed the meal.
