Food was average. As far as service I waited at my table and was told that my tray of food was sitting at the counter not to look for the order number on a TV screen. Not much of a Latin atmosphere no music was playing.
I will definitely say this, even though I love the food at rosa’s always double check your bag. Make sure that you have everything in your order because even though they say they have it in there double check and make sure. I made it all the way to the house and had to come back and Wasn’t compensated for the inconvenience. Bro
The manager Yvonne is amazing! I stopped and ordered food at the location on 191 on my way home and they forgot to hand me my drinks, and I was already too far when I realized it, so I called the location on 42nd which is closer to home and asked the manager Yvonne if there was anything she could do, even though it wasn’t her store’s fault, she said it wasn’t a problem and that she would give me my missing drinks.
