This was a slice of bbq heaven on our roadtrip west! The owners are absolute gems, the bbq divine, and the service impeccable. You couldn’t ask for a better place to stop for a meal.
I love the Cowboy Pie! I hardly ever crave anything BBQ or with BBQ sauce but I will definitely drive over for this one. A full order is too big so depending if Im hungry or not I may get either the 1/2 or 1/4 order. You can't see the Fritos layered underneath this deliciousness. My huge pile of Fritos is under my huge pile of beans and brisket. My picture serves this no justice. ??♀️??♀️
