Food would have been amazing except my husband and brother in law ordered the chicken fried steak and it had a pickle taste to it, I think they may fry it in the same grease they fry the pickles. It ruined it for them. If you order the chicken fry make sure you check how it will be cooked. We also had an extremely long wait to order and then receive our food. All easy fixes hopefully they will improve

Our waitress Kim was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, attentive, and so personable, making us feel right at home. The service was quick, and the food came out perfectly. Kim’s warm personality and great attention to detail made our dining experience extra special. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Well we ordered off doordash. But damn i thought it would be better. My first time trying it. The steak was way to charred and mas potatoes were thick. Didn't get no rolls. Just expected better!

You will enjoy the Texas atmosphere. There are longhorns mounted on the walls and it has that old western feel. Great Steaks and other entrees as well! Great service with a smile Super!!!

Unfortunately as Saltgrass is one of our Go to s for celebrating our anniversary this trip was very disappointing. My wife's salad had brown lettuce, our food came out shortly after our salad and soup. The baked potato would not even melt the butter this obviously not hot, the steak came out the same way. Overall service had a dont care attitude. Not what we are used to and we will go back as we know what we usually get when we go to Saltgrass.

A few of my colleagues had never been to a saltgrass, Not only was our server malani attentive but she was absolutely extremely witty and made our experience phenomenal. The drinks she recommended from the bar were great and when needed she personally directed us to the bathroom. My colleagues and I will be returning shortly with the intent of having her wait on us again! The gal deserves a raise

Jordan came to the table to wish me a happy birthday and Victoria brought me a killer serving of carrot cake with a candle on top! Victoria was very attentive to our needs and very kind! I always make the drive from Midland to go to this location because the service is usually above par and staff are very genuine. Today, met my expectations!

The food was good, but at the beginning of our experience here the service was top notch then as time went on it got worse and worse. It didn't appear they were properly staffed at the time, which I understand, but I would've ordered more if I felt it would take less than 15 mins to get a glass of wine. Prices are sort of high for the quality of the food in my opinion, but not a bad place to get a simple steak.

We went at 3:30 hoping to be there when there were few others. There were 11 of us - 1 a baby. We waited 30 minutes to be seated. The grilled steaks were good. I got chicken fried steak & fried green beans. The steak was possibly best I've had. However the green beans were not edible. Several of us tried them & agreed. They would possibly have been good with maybe a third of the salt. My steak was too salty as well but there is little salt in my regular diet so that was expected.
I didn't get our server's name but she was above excellent. Couldn't ask for better.

They were shortstaffed, so it took a little longer than usual, but the food was delicious. Everything so good and the server you could tell was tired and she was real happy and smiley and took care of our table really well I never had to fly her down for the Check or for refills. She kept checking on us. She did really really good.
