Made online order I arrived and they told me they accidentally gave it out I had to wait an extra 20 minutes on my lunch break workers were arguing in the back and manager did nothing about the situation

I was early and the only order. Original sandwich was hurriedly made with neither piece of bread adequately toasted … none of the cheese was melted (my favorite part).
Restroom was nasty, store needed sweeping, trash outside. Employees on their phones looking at each other’s photos.
A disappointing experience.

I know this location has been struggling a little bit lately but I came in yesterday and it was gas. I could tell when I pulled the sandwich out of the bag it was going to be really good. Plenty of meat, cheese and veggie and sauce beautifully placed.

Cinnamon rolls was like co concrete. I order in drive when in to tell the manager I couldn't even bite it he just proceeded with the refund no would you like a fresh one money back and bye!!

Ordered from this place off of uber and there ended up being a fly in the bag which I don't know how it's possible when they seal it at location and the bread look like it had been stabbed at it was pretty messed up and I called just to let him know what was happening but then he hung up on me. This was a manager

My friend and I had lunch there. The individual pizza was a good size and filling and the taste was good. I had a Cali avocado which wasn’t bad. My question is why do they give us table numbers and then have us go get our food instead of being it to our table.

We were the only customers inside had to wipe off the table and chairs.The restaurant was dirty. They gave us a number and had us come get the food.The food come out and was cold , lots of lettuce, one slice of meat and one piece of bacon. The tomatoes were 2 ends and skins. The

Employee told me they had no lettuce, tomatoes, avocados, red bell peppers or any soups because corporate cut their budget. This place is going bankrupt if corporate doesn’t make some changes fast. Disappointed…

I used to love schlotskys. But I will never go there again. The last two times I went there they put very little turkey on the Turkey original style. So disappointing. Its not the same without the abundance of meat.

Food is decent but when out of something they don’t tell you but still charge you for it. I understand when you’re out of something but to not say anything and still charge for it is insane they also move at snail pace
