The girl at the window was hateful. We waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches whole it appears 6 workers where chit chatting at the counter. The drive through girl taking our order didn't ask what drinks or chips we wanted with our combos. Worst schlotzsky's experience I've ever had in 20+ years

Extremely rude service. Called to talk to management but there wasn't any management on site. At 11am on a Friday. This is the second time the service was rude and unhelpful. Also the last.

Literally the slowest drive thru ever! I waited 30 minutes in line and by the time I got to the speaker no one ever came on to take my order. So I drove directly to the window to place my order and the worker said “I just got here.” Not my problem. I see plenty of workers running around inside. What are they doing?! Clearly not working the drive thru. Customers are bailing on the line, which is what I should have done. Lost revenue, Schlotzskys. Obviously a terribly run location. If you want to spend your entire lunch break waiting in line and not actually eating, this is the place for you.

Wrong hours unless they close at 9

I ordered on DoorDash and the order was set up weird/wrong. DoorDash issue not the store. Even though they didn’t have to they went above and beyond to make me happy!! For that I’m beyond grateful. The food here is always really good!! I’ll always be a repeat customer. Thank you all for being so amazing!!

Cashier was very pleasant, food was awesome and service was great!! The CHRISTIAN music was pleasant to listen to seeing that I’m a Christian and you don’t hear much Christian music being played in ANY establishment. Thank you for a most pleasant experience and right before my bday. HIGHLY recommend!!!

This place bills itself as “Austin Eatery”
Nowhere in Austin will you sit down to eat while hearing Christian Music.
Change the music or change your sign.
Staff: would rather you NOT be there.
Service: quick enough when you’re the only one there.
Food: very good. Glad to see a sandwich shop that doesn’t force “kettle cooked” chips onto customers
Music: Christian Music only. Would rather hear “Austin” music (or anything else or no music)
Price: too high (like everywhere else)

Food is great. But the lady taking orders at the front was sitting on her phone in the back and watched me stand at the front for a bit. She's too busy on her phone. And there's a bunch of gnats inside. Flying around the soda machine and tea dispensers. Also saw one in the back of the counter.

This place has very delicious sandwiches! It's in my rotation of great sandwich places to go to! I always get the original or deluxe original small meal and it's just enough with out getting too full at lunch. The deluxe has extra meat so if you are a little hungrier. Also there is a giant that's perfect to split with some one, it fils a whole box, so potentially 4 people if it was lunch and you aren't too hungry!

The bbq chicken pizza is not the way it used to be! The cheese wasn’t even melted and only a tiny drizzle of bbq sauce! Gluten free bun wasn’t good either.

Ordered number 12 brought out French dip which was wrong. Got right order. Customer came in at 9pm they told him they were closed, sign says 9:30pm.While eating they told us they were closed like the wanted us to leave told her when we get through eating. Will never be back to that one again.

I love schlotzky's ... But this one gets worse Everytime I go there. Just got lunch and one of the sandwiches had two full half a tomato on it instead of slices. And half an onion instead of slices. The other I just asked for no tomato and they decided I needed no vegetables at all except for extra extra extra black olives on it with one slice of meat. Worst sandwich ever. It has steadily got worse over the years. If you can go to Midland and avoid the Odessa location all together.
