I order from here occasionally and always a large ice coffee. I ordered this morning a large ice coffee and it was given to me in a much smaller cup, looked to be a 16oz for what I had paid along with the extra shots I added because I was expecting a large. I did mention it to the guy at the drive thru window he didnt seem to care about the fact that my large coffee was being given to me in a 16oz cup...Ill stick to my starbucks next time.

I asked for a sugar-free drink option for a family member, but the staff was not helpful at all. On top of that, the food we received was still frozen. Overall, a disappointing experience.
