This visit was my very first time eating at this sonic drive in at 1810 east 8th street odessa texas the wait was to long, the food was horrible not made the way I ordered it at all, I called to speak with a manager about it and they said they would replace the whole order they also said it would be honored for a few day's until I could go back. when I showed up with receipt in hand I asked to speak with a manager in person. the person who took my order on the original visit wanted to see my receipt he went inside then came back out with older gentleman that person was the owner he didn't want to talk about anything yelled at me and told me to leave the property I do not understand why he was beeing this way and I left. I recomend that nobody eat at this sonic ever. it was horrible....

I didnt get what i ordered i never do i always have problems. They speakers never work. They don't even put signs so we can know instead of waating our time. I ordered a bacon 🥓 and 🥚 burrito 🌯 and I just got a egg and hasbrown.

Ordered three meals. Got home all was wrong and two was burnt called and they said come back and. Went back remade one right and the other two burnt they said they already recooked them I mean they are so brown and hard can’t eat won’t refund Wel won’t be going back it’s pitiful wen u get off work and stop by to get dinner and go thru this ! There’s two young boys one is Manuel and not sure the other boys name both super nice but whoever is cooking can’t cook at all

2 days in a row I have came and something or another has been wrong…..1st day I ordered 2 of the NEW QUESO WRAPS that they are clearly advertising EVERYWHERE & they have no queso…. Today the card reader is down and they are only taking cash….which is fine but they didn’t inform me of that for 25mins after I had already ordered my food & waited all that time….carhop was nice though!!!

Took my son to the park and stop by to get a bag of ice and a drink. Nowhere did the lady who took our order said the card machine was down. They didn’t had any bag of ice which was okay but We waited 15 min just for them to come outside and tell us the card machine was down so they took their drink back and we had to leave with nothing . Could have went else where instead of sitting there expecting a fresh cold drink on a hot summer day .

Owner is just as horrible as the store manager! Ordered peppers and 2 slush’s from this location. Instead of them telling us their slush machine is messed up, they wait until our peppers are done. Says here is your order our machine is messed up would you like a refund. Okay that’s fine! So we decide to sit in the parking lot to eat our peppers, and the store manager walks up to our window 10 minutes later. Says I can’t refund you unless you give us the food back because it’s all on one receipt. I guess he wants me to poop it out! He called the owner and he said yeah we need the food or we have to keep the money and he called him on speaker in front of us! So there is no denying he’s just a piece of crap as well. Finally after calling corporate and complaining we get a refund for our slush’s! Safe to say none of us will ever be going back there! Horrible management and horrible owner!

Burger and tater tots were not hot, more like room temperature.. like they've been sitting there for awhile. They were not busy only good item was the drink

I had my order come out reasonably slow but they were shorthanded. Me and the manager had a few words but she was respectful and handled it with complete style of management that many places need her name was liz good job Liz and I will be coming back. Great to see there still a good workforce that cares.

First time at this sonic. I ordered a double cheese burger, tots, large lemondae. Tipped $1 . Young lady brought 2 orders of tots and a small lemonade ? I pressed red button and told Mgr wrong order. She angrily said I repeated the order. And I said yes? I told her who would order 2 orders of tater tots and a drink?? $10? Mind you it was windy. So I gave back 1 order of tots. She wouldn't give credit back to my card And she refused to credit my debit card. And charged me another $4 and change for burger. Smh needs to be trained. In how to deal with errors.i wont be back. This mgr is bringing your business to the ground! This place is a joke!.

I just got here and I ordered. The lady was absolutely rude with me, she had a very angry tone and she would make me repeat myself more than 3 times. She didn’t say thank you, or repeated my order and didn’t even give me my total. The food was a disaster, it was all cold and everything looked so old. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!! I am so dissatisfied and I will never come here again!
