I had my order come out reasonably slow but they were shorthanded. Me and the manager had a few words but she was respectful and handled it with complete style of management that many places need her name was liz good job Liz and I will be coming back. Great to see there still a good workforce that cares.

First time at this sonic. I ordered a double cheese burger, tots, large lemondae. Tipped $1 . Young lady brought 2 orders of tots and a small lemonade ? I pressed red button and told Mgr wrong order. She angrily said I repeated the order. And I said yes? I told her who would order 2 orders of tater tots and a drink?? $10? Mind you it was windy. So I gave back 1 order of tots. She wouldn't give credit back to my card And she refused to credit my debit card. And charged me another $4 and change for burger. Smh needs to be trained. In how to deal with errors.i wont be back. This mgr is bringing your business to the ground! This place is a joke!.

I just got here and I ordered. The lady was absolutely rude with me, she had a very angry tone and she would make me repeat myself more than 3 times. She didn’t say thank you, or repeated my order and didn’t even give me my total. The food was a disaster, it was all cold and everything looked so old. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!! I am so dissatisfied and I will never come here again!

I don’t expect perfect service everywhere or anything like that but the carhop we got was rude and when our drinks were wrong she gave us an attitude about it and on top of the poor service I got food poisoning. Had a 103 fever and I am currently on day 3 of being sick.

Drinks are never made right for an entire year, when I finally complain to the "GM" she got an attitude and decided to go on a rant, lying and making excuses, when everything was said and done she danced inside screaming names and flipped us off from the inside of the store. I know this store doesn't have that many employees but to get my orders wrong for a whole YEAR and I never say anything, finally say something cause ones a milkshake that wasn't even flavored, and I get yelled at by a 50 year old General manager because I chose not to complain for a WHOLE YEAR??? As the GM of my own business, that is very much so unprofessional and I hope your other managers can handle customer complaints better then that.

My #3 order burger was cold and they gave me the wrong slush. I ordered grape slush and they ended up giving me some cream type slushy. Never coming here again. Perhaps they need to change their management so they can clean house!!!!

The food runner ended up keeping the change on my order and when I tried to call her back she just kept walking. I called the store and spoke to the manager who acted like he couldn't care less and just said "oh she wouldn't do that." and completely dismissing me. Ridiculous!!!

the food was so yummy i dont know what these people are talking about i got the wings and a milkshake and they had everything i wanted. the service was so good, my food was out in seconds and i didnt even need to wait. the ambiance did need a little more construction but other than that i was great i don't remember if this sonic or another one had an owl but the owl makes the food more humorous and makes you enjoy it more. go sonic

Says they close at 10pm and it's 9:15pm. Waited 5 minutes and no other cars around other than the 2 workers there. Young boy and girl. Could have atleast spoke on the speaker and said they weren't serving. Needs better workers with good customer service. Atleast have a manager there to over look what's going on.
