Sonic is going down!! Slow service takes 30 minutes every time. Not just this location but All. But this one is one of the worst. Pay your employees more. This will be my last time doing Sonic, until they fix there issues. Order screens are always down. Why? You don't pay the employees enough not to fix your systems. We were excited to get sonic however our experience didn't go all to well. When we were ordering the lady was rushing us to order which yes we did decided what we wanted before hand but I had to ask her for a moment because my nephew changed his mind on a drink and she kept asking what to drink every second after we told her one moment not even a second later she asked again. When we recieved the food she had an annoyed look on her face she kept staring at me rudely. And no it wasnt a rbf you could tell she was annoyed or mad. She didn't even talk to us when giving us our food. We didn't even get the sauce we had asked and paid for we didn't realize it by the time we got home.

I come sometimes and have experienced minor issues before but tonight was just too much. I was there from 7:40-8:30pm 9/9/25. In order online and got there and put my stall number in. I wait for almost 20 minutes even though it was two drinks and 4 snacks. This included 2 pretzels with cheese, 1 bbq chicken wrap, 1 small chicken bites, including 2 cheese dips for the pretzels, one bbq sauce and one buffalo sauce. They bring it out and I’m missing a drink and my cheese. Turns out one of the drinks wasn’t on the receipt so I got ahead and order and pay for a dirty Dr Pepper and inform them that I am missing 2 cheese dips for the pretzels that I ordered. Soon they bring me one and I tell them there was supposed to be another one, they say it’ll be right one. Soon I get my drink and I wait a few more minutes and no cheese dips so I just leave. Get home and start eating and I see I was given no sauces that I ordered other than that one cheese dip they gave me. Obviously this isn’t that big of a deal and I know they’re working hard but I think they should make sure to give out the correct amount of condiments ordered because I have faced this similar issue when ordering in person.
Pulled up around 10:35 waited like 10 minutes and then they said they were closed. Like I understand yall close at 11 and need to shut things down and clean but why can’t yall answer when I’ve clicked the button multiple times. It wasn’t like yall had a lot of people. Max like 2 others. Trash manager.( Update )Manager said they close at 11 google says 10:30 not sure which one it is but still like they really could’ve answered and said they were closed instead of making me wait

Bought 2 foot long chili cheese coneys with chili cheese tots, the bun were stale, the wiener was old and tasted like it was cooked this morning. Tots were cold in the middle. Totally disgusting! The line aids were good though. I doubt I’ll come back here
