First no one could take my order right . Then I get my food it's all wrong . Then I start eating my food and it taste like the meat was no good it tasted funny both burgers I swear if I'm sick tommarow I'm coming up there and I tearing in to someone I spent 25 dallors and still could not eat my food this was the nastiest place I've ate since I moved back to Midland oddessa I leave for 8 yes and I come home to the worst series and food and if I am sick I will get a attorney and will Owen every single sonic ever made and shut them all down

Food came out quick and was fresh. The carhop was very kind and very good at her job. Probably the best Sonic burger I’ve had in years, if not ever. Wish we had a Sonic this good in Lubbock.
Ordered a chili cheese footlong from sonic. They made me a regular hot dog and the large order of onion rings consisted of six small onion rings. Didn’t even halfway fill the bag. Is it really hard to make a chili cheese footlong. Lady said she knows what she is doing. She’s been working there for twenty years. Nobody can make this crap up ???
Ordered a lsrge sonic blast to share. They brought us a giabt cup of ice cream. It wasn't mixed. The plastic spoon broke. The top was all vanilla ice cream and the middle was a bunch of orea mix that didnt get mixed.
This is just a giant cup of ice cream and you didnt put the reeses in we ordered.

Genuinely the worst sonic location I’ve ever been to. Has no drive-thru. Half of the buttons don’t work for employees to take orders. Then if it just so happens to work the employee cannot hear you even after you turn your vehicle off in the blazing Odessa summer. Then to sit there in confusion on what is going on if the employee is coming out to take your order. Or if you are even in cue to take an order. Multiple time a week customer and this is just a joke. Fix your problems sonic.

This one in Odessa, Texas....shame, shame, shame! Messed up the order & STILL never brought us a dang straw...I just drove and drank my soda with the top off...spilling my drink....and on my burger, my tomatoes were cut uneven and mushy...dumped them...I was hungry, had to eat it...Smh.
