TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO!!!! Im honestly so so disappointed by them I waited 45 minutes for two drinks after I ordered I sat there and I sat there for a while and I bring the belt in again and apparently they hid forgotten that I ordered and I saw them laughing the whole time through the windows. And they said that they would bring it back out as long as I didn't give him a bad review so I said fine and sat there for another 5 minutes again they forgot. As I sat there for about nearly an hour entirely waiting for just two drinks it was a youngster laughing in there I'm not sure who she is but she sounded young and kept ignoring my request.

We usually have great experiences here at this 52nd Street location. Today was horrible! I brought my 2 year old grandson and was ready to enjoy good hot food. Ordered a Smasher, tater tots, hotdog, kids burger and fries with 2 drinks.

Kids fries were HARD! Poured them out and they were ALL the same. The tater tots were warm at best and tasted awful.

Sent them back for new ones. They brought out new one and mentioned that the fry oil needed to be changed and they hoped these were better.

While waiting for the tots and fries I checked the kids burger. I ordered it with mustard, cheese, and pickles and got ketchup, mustard, no cheese but… I also came with yellow thread, yes string!

I thought it might be from the end of the pickle (a piece of the vine) but as I tried to tear it, it didn’t tear. I looked at it closer and it was 3 pieces of string.

I sent that burger back as well and it did come back as ordered originally, but it was extremely well done. We didn’t even try to eat it. Just threw it away.

Totally disappointed, should have gone to Texas Burger instead.

One positive is the Smasher burger was good and the hotdog plain and dry was good. The drinks were good, but overall, a total disaster.

Management and upper management truly need to be more involved and possibly some retraining needed.

Not sure if the manager was the one to come out and ask what the issues were, but if she was, she looked to be 18-20 years old.

The employees and the manager are ill equity to handle their own mistakes. They messed up on our drinks so asked them to re make them that I would pay for them to be remade they insisted on throwing the ones away they already gave us. They could not comprehend me paying for their mistakes. Just put the order in I will pay for them to be redone so they are correct we will keep these…seriously! It took 2 of them to come out and still not understand.

I don't know how a cashier has a whole conversation over tots/fries and the drink on a meal they didn't even ring up. Was told I could reorder. I'll try a different location next time.

- I've seen the owner responses. I don't want to escalate it, I want you to worry about your management, training and repairs. Times shouldn't be more important than getting an order right.

We ordered 5 shakes for the kids. When we received them they were all melted or they didn't put enough ice cream in to make it thick. Called them as soon as we got home spoke to a manager and they said there machine just makes it like that. What does that even mean? I asked for a refund and she told me that they can't give refunds for online orders. We just moved here and the first and last time we'll be going here!

Pulled in here and ordered with zero other cars in the stalls, at least 3 other vehicles came and left during our duration.. finally pressed the button again to be told it was on the way. Get the order and it’s only half, THEN! second part was wrong. I just left. Disheartening at say the least.

Food is horrible every time I visit this location. It tastes rancid. I’ve tried multiple times thinking I was just being picky but it was horrible every time and i had to wait longer than I should have to place my order.
