When I pulled in, I parked under a spot that had half a menu, pulled into a different one that was partially backwards. There was nothing to block off such broken menus. The food was mediocre and the smoothie I got was melted very quickly.However... the person who got my order came to my car to get my order because she couldnt hear that radio, explained why those spots were like that, was super helpful and personable. I even told her the truth about reminding me a little bit of Rory Gilmore from "Gilmore Girls" and she knew what I meant.Although the food was disappointing as it could be while still being edible, I'd go anywhere that constantly had someone like her with that service and personality. She was a 5/5 and I wish I got her name to put it in this review.Dietary restrictions: There are ZERO non-dairy options even with all the non-dairy options that competitors have.

I ordered a Sprite zero, but got carbonated water instead ? gave this store another chance and again they mess up. Ordered a hamburger without cheese and of course the put cheese, and the fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Terrible!

I asked for a large meal bacon cheese burger what i got was one piece of bacon on a double cheese burger and a medium drink .... I guess you do get what you pay for ... this Sonic on 52 and Grandview has always been a joke cant tell how many times they've screwed up our order... we stopped going for a while we go to that one every six months or so just to see if they pulled there heads out there butts but they've proved us wrong every time ... they just don't listen to the customers that sonic is a jokeThe female server that delivered it apologized for her coworkers mistakes but like I told her she didn't take my order or prepare the meal so ill rate as a 10

Why is it that this location always forgets the marinara sauce with mozzarella stick? Even when specifically asked for sauce you get none.Kids: if you want to make $15/hour, you gotta earn it.
