The super sonic breakfast burrito looked like alpo and tasted like over cooked hormel canned chili. Don't go on weekends....took one bite and started questioning my life choices

Sat there over an hour the red button was pressed and just continued to say red button activated there were only three other cars it shouldn't take an hour so I left bc in not gonna sit there and waste gas very slow would not recommend going there there are way better sonics in town

Most of the drive-ins to enjoy your food are out of order and employees refuse to take my order even though they’re not busy and I had to wait it over 25 to 1/2 an hour and I still didn’t get my food. Would not recommend going there until things would change.

You know I've been real patient with this Sonic for the last 3 years now but enough is enough I've either been ignored and waited for 30 minutes for somebody to answer me I've just been completely ignored and nobody has given me service went in today just order some ice cream for my daughter and myself pulled into the little stalls they're not taking any orders but drive-thru orders what's the difference it's not like you dine in anyway so no problem pulled into the drive-thru when to order an ice cream only to be told the ice cream machines not working now I get it things break but the deal is with this Sonic it seems like there's always something poor management people not wanting to work I don't know but I think y'all should figure it out because that is why people stopped going to this one I don't even see how you are still open whenever you do get to order food it takes 30 minutes before your food is even out there when you're the only vehicle that's being served I'm done with the Sonic I will never be back out here again if I want something I guess I'll just have to go further into town instead of having something Convenient close to to home y'all really need to do better or just close the damn thing down

I will drive out to this sonic, drinks are better here than the ones by my house. Managers is always friendly and willing to make things right. Staff is always friendly as well !
A lot of no working spots, wrong burger, no receipt and NO CHANGE it was like 30 cents but that was my experience

Bought #9 hot dog was burned, chilli was burned also all black tasted horrible i think they need a supervisor to go and check on this store also majority of screens to order were out of order, also bought pickle fries and they have me ketchup instead of ranch basically threw my 18 meal in the trash

I been real patient with this location. The problem Is consistently cold food,old grease , over sweet not enough flavor sloppy drinks. And it appears that the management doesn't care. So i have no choice but to no longer patronize this sonic location in west Odessa.

this has got to be the worst sonic i have ever been to. went for dinner didn’t have any of the items we wanted to order then questioned us about who we were ordering our food for. the items we did end up ordering they forgot half of them.
