this has got to be the worst sonic i have ever been to. went for dinner didn’t have any of the items we wanted to order then questioned us about who we were ordering our food for. the items we did end up ordering they forgot half of them.

The Patty's were small and thin in the grill cheese burgers. The blue coconut slush was nothing but syrup, waaaaay to sweet, hardly any ice. I asked for a shake and would pay the difference, but they didn't know how to redo the difference, so I opted for a coke, and drove off. 🤦🏽♂️

Showed up at 11pm and all the lights outside were off but inside they were on. A young girl came out and said they were closed I mentioned that the website says they close at 12am she said well we are closed now smh
I have had no problem with this location up until a month or two ago. I waited 40 minutes for them to bring out our drinks just for them to tell us they didn’t get our order and that the drink machine was down. Then we came couple days after that for some kids meals just for them to not actually have any of the toys that’s suppose to come with the kids meal. They need to work on communication with customers. I would have not ordered anything if I knew they were out of toys for the kids meals. I’m not sure who the manger is but something needs to change now.

This place has gone down hill. Barely any stalls work. Came to get a shake and slush waited 45 mins. 3 different pple came out to tell me they had no peanut butter for the shake. (Been out 3 weeks now) It was like the person who came out wasn't going in to tell them what I changed it to. Tonight samething very busy, stalls that worked are full so went into the line with 5 cars in front of me. Waited 45 mins again with them turning the all the lights off sending someone out asking if I was waiting on something. This was also at 1045pm, when it says they stay open to midnight. They either need a new franchise owner or better management. Worse location ever.
