I will not give any stars orders a hamburger with mayo and pickles only with cheese another one with made it it was supposed to order two tater tots with cheese got one of them the other they gave me old Cold fries and the hamburgers the meat on them were old and falling apart only thing that was worth eating was my husband's tater I will never go back

I don't like to publish negative remarks on restaurants and or other establishments, but this place needs tons of work. I saw 4 employees walking around and on several occations standing chatting while our order of 5 shakes took 30 minutes to be ready. I don't understand how such a simple order could have taken so long to put together.

Says they open at 7 am let me order on the app, I get here at 7:10 and they are closed, still here at 7:40 and they just turn on the lights, now late for work because can’t refund it will update when they finally bring my orderUPDATE order came at 7:52 was told to come back for a discount on next order but haven’t gotten it yet but then again haven’t been back in town since, will try tomorrow see how it goes

Man I don't know who's currently working the kitchen 10/16/23 at 5pm, but damn they can whip a burger up right. Hopefully they stick around. Bun toasted just right. Little too greasy, but a few paper towel daps dried it up right.

They just don't mess your up one time or twice but they mess it up three times it's always cold and it taste nasty they need to fire everyone even managers and close down till they get new staff it's always the same thinking they will get better but nope they deserve a 0 of no stars at allDietary restrictions: I can't eat cheese and say it twice no cheese and always cheese on it

The Manager can't keep a full staff! He belittles EVERY employee he will trash talk all employees causing a hostile environment. VERY VERY POOR MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND WORSE PEOPLE SKILLS. DO NOT WORK HERE AND DO NOT EAT HERE. BAD PLACE TO GO!!!!! BEWARE

CLOSE THE DOORS!!! Been there 3 time & never got waited on, no one ever came on speaker in parked spot & neither the drive thru window. WHY KEEP THE DOORS OPEN?MANAGEMENT: Apparently this is a on going problem as I see most of your reviews are negative and your store lacks customer service lol or even service at ALL!!! I don’t know if this store is privately owned but if it is, you’re doing a poor, poor job in owner/management. SELL OUT! When you show no changes in management to the public & it’s the same ol same ol service, your doors will close. Maybe some phone calls to the corporate office will answer my curiosity of ownership, whether it’s independent or corporate if corporate maybe they need an earful of how this Mickey mouse operation is being ran. Your service sucks!UPDATE: YOUR RESPONSE IS A POOR RESPONSE! Poor and unacceptable. I ordered my meal for me and my mother. Our drinks tasted like straight up cleaning chemicals, our pop corn chicken was just chicken strips cut up. I have stomach and kidney problems my mouth and tongue are dried out from the chemicals. If you want to save the risk from going to the ER I suggest no one take there family, kids ect here. Honestly it's so inhumanely publicly unacceptable I wouldn't even take a rat here to eat. I tried and called to complain I called 39 times not a soul picked up the phone.
