Car hop was super sweet. But I ordered two sonic burgers with extra pickles, no onions, no ketchup, no mayo, add mustard on both.....made the same way....upcharge for extra pickles....did the mobile app....asked her if she was sure they were made correctly? Was told yes and that's on me for not checking.....no extra pickles on either sandwich let alone any pickles when getting home....tried calling twice and if course no one answered ......

After this location reopened once their remodel was done we loved it! Had no complaints ever! In the recent months it’s been going back down hill. We stopped by tonight and our order was all kinds of wrong. We asked for no onions on the hotdog and it had onions on it, one of our drinks was supposed to have a flavor added in and it didn’t, and one of our burritos was wrong. We’ve been trying to stick it out but after tonight we won’t be back.

The young ladies where workers seem to be doing a great job making drinks. Although Im confused why with only 2 cars there.I waited 30min Once I finally got my food It was horrible! Iv seen and had better food at a gas station. I asked for the manager he gave me a wrong name joe but after a call to corporate and other local stores I got the correct name. He threw my contaminants through the window and slammed it shut. This is not only bad costumer service also bad manager's I have ever had. In the words of corporate also unethical possibly illegal. I don't understand why this location has so many issues and has since opening I will not be back there without the constant issues fixed and a long talk with the franchise owner of this store.

It's like the employees make up their own store hours. When they are actually open they always seem to get things wrong I asked for a chocolate shake and was handed what was essentially a chocolate milk there was no ice cream or milkshake texture to it at all, then the lid wasn't put on all the way so it spilled all over me as it was handed to me
This is probably the best Sonic location i have been to and just so happen to live close by. The food is always hot and fresh.

I used to avoid this location despite it being close to home. I think it’s under new management now. One of the workers, whose name is Anaahi is always providing the best service possible. Great attitude and very pleasant worker. I started coming back after i decided to give it a shot again and she helped me. Food has gotten better. Service has improved also. App is offering better deals, more often.

Couldn’t have asked for worst service, waited for 20 minutes for someone to take my order, three cars that pulled up after me ordered before me somehow, switched to the drive thru, took 10 minutes for someone to answer, never have the ice cream machine working, then after ordering waited another 15 for my food, taking my payment was the quickest service taking seconds after I had got to the window.

Service was great, the only problem i had was the fries were hard as heck, I let the lady know, she brought me some "fresh fries". Got home to find out the new fries were also hard, I dont know if it's the oil they're using or what. Other than that everything was great
