Couldn’t have asked for worst service, waited for 20 minutes for someone to take my order, three cars that pulled up after me ordered before me somehow, switched to the drive thru, took 10 minutes for someone to answer, never have the ice cream machine working, then after ordering waited another 15 for my food, taking my payment was the quickest service taking seconds after I had got to the window.

Service was great, the only problem i had was the fries were hard as heck, I let the lady know, she brought me some "fresh fries". Got home to find out the new fries were also hard, I dont know if it's the oil they're using or what. Other than that everything was great
The manager on duty refused to remake my other burger because I had eaten it due to being starved after work and had no way to prove it was a messup, and when I got to the second burger, I noticed it was a single, not a double, but I paid for a double. This sonic has sucked since I was little, and it really sad that it's under new management, and nothing changed at all.

Got food delivered payed 40$ and it was only 3 items I added extra stuff and when I got my food none of those items where added not only that they never gave me my drink which was paid for showed even in the receipt. This place can't get anything right it's been multiple times

I did a mobile order for this place arrived 3 minutes before the time the app stated it will be done. 20 minutes later I received my food. It was two breakfast burritos and a Sprite Zero and they got the drink wrong. And it was not busy. When is somebody gonna help this place out it’s a shame it’s not up to par with other Sonic’s I been to.

If I could rate this place any lower I would. The fact that drive thru employees would seem to be so irritated with the fact that people would want to inconvenience them by showing up for a slushie.
