This sonic is a literal dumpster fire. Moved in the nearby community 2 weeks ago and the three times I’ve gone they never get it right, they lie, and will argue with you about it. We’ve decided we’re just gonna go to another sonic. The best thing they could do is close this down and put a “real” sonic there or something.

The store employees were really kind and they really made sure all my needs were meet when taking my order. When they came out with my food they were very nice with a smile and while I was eating they came back to check up on me and see if I was good. They really care about the costumer.

I’m a current resident who’s been in Odessa for almost two years.This Sonic itself was drastically enhanced and evolved since the new general manager who’s takes over the store. The new general manager have amazing work ethic and customer service and the full dedication with each other from the staff from Sonic all the way to the customer service have a strong team also customer base.Parking: 8684 Andrews HighwayKid-friendliness: We accommodate with the kids especially when it comes with the ice cream and kids meals.

Hello everyone I am an employee here at this location I have been here over 9 months now and and in sales and business we have increased so much no I'm not just saying that because I work here I'm saying that because I'm here alot and I live it there are times we get busy but we also make sure we hand out hot food and good drinks yes unfortunately there are some people that wait but the ones that are waiting we are In the process of cooking more food so therefore everyone of our customers leave with a happy face this location is a great location and we do get busy but I encourage more people to come out this way

Pretty terrible. Who ever it was that took my order was rude and when she brought out my drinks she spilled it as I was grabbing the carrier got on my arm and all over the side of my truck and just went inside. Didn’t offer napkins or check she just threw it at me.

Carhop is always the same girl and drinks are never wiped down. Last order she came out, having put chili cheese fries, tots and chili dog in a bag and carried it out so that the food was laying sideways and moved all the way to the back of the tray it sits in. Drink order was off as well. First time I went, the carhop became irritated because I asked her to wait while I wiped down the first drink before handing me the next (dirty also). I thought they were trained to wipe drinks down before carrying them out. I will tip if I have clean cups.
