Very disappointed I ordered the largest tea and asked the young lady very little ice and she tells me a policy that they charge for less ice smh...I have teeth issues so the cold. Never have I been CHARGED EXTRA FOR LESS ICE AFTER IM PAYING FULL PRICE FOR THE SIZE OF THE CUP TO BE FILLED RIDICULOUS. the young lady was nice not her fault.

The weekday girls are great snd there's 3 of them doing things for some reason they only have one girl Fri and Sat and she is the slowest person I've ever been helped by walked out today as I was second in line stood there for 15 mins she never said anything to either of us, blonde girl long hair

Smelled like bad milk and was filthy. Layers of dust, rotting displays and fingerprints on every surface. You're not gunna get quality starbucks here they had no cold brew available, sweet cream machine broken and espressos not offered. Understaffed- only 1 employee taking orders and making drinks in a large community target.

I’m not the type to post something but I had Terrible service given by a girl named Gabriella, as soon as I went to place my order she was really snappy and just looks like she hates being there and hates her job. It’s not my fault someone ruined your day maybe you should try to be nicer and not in a sarcastic way.

Ana was great! The line was very long and continued to grow as customers left. She was very fast and made sure your order was made correctly before continuing to the next orders. Highly recommend Ana!

Ana had soooooo many customers!!! Yet she didn’t panic and plus she was very fast and it tasted very good!!!! This lady needs to own this star bucks!! Or she AT THE LEAST needs to become MANAGER!! She clearly knows how to RUN THIS PLACE!!!! Thank you ANA!!!

I asked for a warm butter croissant and my coffee and paid w the app and she gave me the croissant which wasn't warm and then told me the oven was broken. I gave back the croissant and asked for my money back and she said she couldn't since I didn't ask for a receipt. So I just have it back and still had to pay for it
