This is the worst Starbucks location I have ever visited. Several days in a row, I have ordered at least 10 minutes in advance, but they have not started my order until after I arrived. Today, the barista wa on. Person phone call the whole time she was making my drink. Many of the employees seem unprofessional and clearly do not pay attention to the incoming orders.

I didn't get food there personally but I did go in for a Doordash and the three ladies working had absolutely no customer service and was given everyone attitude. The all were very loudly speaking how they were done and tired of everyone ordering in person and threw DoorDash. When I tried to get one of the ladies attention to ask for drink carriers she gave me and snarky attitude and then clicked her microphone on her head seat and repeat out loud to the other two ladies working how so many people coming in are inpatient I let her know I was not being inpatient just kindly asking for drink carriers for my order that was sitting on the counter and not being put in the Togo bag for DoorDash and she continued to give me an attitude. Totally unprofessional and had no respect for the drive through customer or for the customer inside the establishment.
