Smh. I understand you guys aren’t a corporate store. I applaud that you all do 1 per person on launch days, BUT, what pissed me off, is I called the night before launch 10min to your closing time and asked how many in stock of a release you had in stock. I was told 6 by your MOD and he even said “we can’t stock until we close in a few minutes or sell them until we open at 6am tomorrow. Ok! Thx! I waited an hr and a half in the cold for 1 of those 6. I was 2nd in line!!!! And guessssss what!, There was only 1 of that specific cup on the shelf, so of course the guy in front of me got it. But you had 6 in stock?!?!? Your employees should have to wait in line like everyone else.

They make really good and refreshing drinks, just the classic starbucks experience. I never seen so many staff, and such a clean Starbucks in my life before.

I come here every day, but yesterday and today I was disappointed, I got a quad yesterday didn’t even taste the expresso as usual, and this morning I had me a cortado and to be honest it tasted like burn coffee, brown sugar Cortados are not supposed to taste like coffee especially not burned. I love the customer service though.

I don't know why Starbucks can have 20 locations between Odessa/Midland but cant open their stores at simultaneous times. I have to drive to the opposite side of Odessa to buy a coffee at 530am literally having a location a couple blocks from my home near the odessa Marriott.

When I came in there couple of people who already had their drink. I was the only person in line. I ordered my drink at 1:58 sat waiting 5 minutes went by before the next costumer came in. Girls behind counter were talking and giggling and they went to back you could still hear talking and giggling when they came out, and started filling ordered. They did orders that came in after me. I did get my drink until 2:23. The front parking is 15 minute
Good location next to the Marriott, not busy, fast service. Cafe cortado with steamed milk, stevia and or honey.

The Loc Bae
I paid $6.35 for a half filled tall pink drink for my son. In which originally was made incorrectly. I was originally up-charged to add extra ingredient just to get the drink “filled to the top” and apparently if you ask for no ice the intention is to short change the customer. I just feel like once the drink was made improperly because of the mishap the drink should have been free. I did give the manager a chance to make things right and she didn’t I recommend the starbucks on E. 42nd. Drive past this one.
