Every time I go the lady says be 10 to 15 mins before she can take my order and they never get my drink right . Simple drink too.

So I just went there and had an issue with some of the ppl that worked their. I complemented the service even though I was given the wrong order. When I walked off I was getting laughed at behind my back. At least wait till I leave the room. It took me everything to not walk back in and confront that. Instead I'll be going back in the morning so I can maintain some class. 😄 😄 😄!
Edit: Just did. Say I wouldn't. She'll probably will talk to you later on. Also, judging by the comment section yall do this often. Take care! Try not to be so judgemental next time.

Service was awful. They did not listen to anything I ordered, my order was completely wrong, when I went inside to ask about my order being wrong they did not want to correct it. So what is the point of have to pay extra for a specific item such as cold foam if they are not going to put it in your drink? Very disappointing.

Well so I regularly go-to Starbucks almost everyday and no manager or barista has a problem with it I'm fact I became friends with a few and I have been talking with the baristas and I have to agree this new policy to reverse the open door policy is entirely unethical people could sit inside as long as they pay for a drink, ok well what about the people who can't pay and use it to escape the cold and windy weather or maybe the rainy weather they would rather let us suffer outside freezing than allow us a warm place to sit and chill Starbucks used to be my favorite place to go but now I feel like I at the crusty krab l. Even right now they are trying everything to get people off bc I am sitting outside TRYING to charge my phone and what to I know they turn off the outside plugs, why? Because they are greedy, and unethical. I will say this once, If this post gets taken down I'm going to keep putting it up, over and over again

Is the second time we came to this location around 30 minutes before closing and they came out with a lame excuse to not make our coffee… this last one was they didn’t have water, which is really weird that you have a an establishment open without water. I think the health department will like to know about this.

Literally the worst starbucks in odessa. The staff is always rude, they always mess up orders and don’t give you your items, and they are always taking their time. Slow, rude, and a waste of time. Don’t go here.
Employees were so rude besides one girl . The rest Had Attitude with just a simple question. Went at a time that was empty and still took awhile to get our drinks.

I love getting my drink at this starbucks location. The man with long hair always makes my drink the way i like it. The music and atmosphere is great but the lack of seating isn’t very inviting. I wish this location had a sofa like the other starbucks locations do. Starbucks used to have more available seating.

One small table with a plug. I do my computer work at Starbucks and spend a lot. But they keep making stores less friendly. Dang. Second one this morning with no plugs. Guess they don't want people AT the store just buy something and GET OUT.
