As long as Anna G doesn't take your order you should be fine. The person who took my order was the absolute worst at providing customer service let alone professional service. Never had any issues until today's visit filled with attitude, snarkiness and multiple errors on her part. If I could give it 0stars I would!

We normally like Stars, but on a hot day when we wanted ice cream, we were disappointed. We ordered a medium avalanche. Got home, took a bite before I put it in the freezer. Pulled a short curly hair out of it. My husband took a bite also found a hair. I thought maybe the 1st one could have just been from the wind blowing. But to find multiple hairs all throughout the ice cream.... I called to let them know, the person I spoke to said nobody there has light colored hair. Funny because the person who brought it out to us, light colored hair!!! So I dumped it and lost $5. I don't care about the $5, but that's disgusting. I can only think it was either beard hair or something similar to that "type" of hair. Nasty

I love coming to this Star's and I know in this area is very hard to find staff, but even knowing that, the staff here are awful. We saw 4 employees in total and they all looked horribly miserable and no one smiled. When we got our food, we got no napkins or straws. We also asked for ketchup (we had three combo meals) and they brought us 2 packs of ketchup...ummmm, what am I supposed to do with that. When we asked for more, the young lady actually rolled her eyes at us. Another employee brought out our napkins and straws and she was also unfriendly. The food was great as usual, no complaints there.
