I am never coming back to this subway this is like the third time I go there and something always goes wrong either the lady gives me attitude about them not having the bread I want or they just "ran out" of everything when I clearly see everything or the employees don't know how to do their job and are messing up ordering and yelling at each other like they need to close this store tbh

If I could give a 0 star I would. I sent my teenage daughter with my son to get something to eat and the manager Linda was a total B to them and so disrespectful to them. Worst costumer service ever. I tried calling and they just won’t answer the phone. If they don’t like the job go look for something else and stop being rude to the customers.

Waited 20 min to order because they worried about online orders, finally ordered meat/bread, had to wait another 25 min while my bread was getting cold from being toasted. Overall horrible service never coming back here again.EDIT: got back to eat my food and preceded to find not one but three hair follicles, should’ve seen it coming…

Just bought three sandwiches and asked the employee to make sure they were fully toasted, which he very kindly did. My complaint is that, while the sandwiches were "fully" toasted, the chicken breasts were still cold. I only drove 2 miles away, which isn't enough time to go cold (I mean, literally cold, not luke warm).Also bought a soup, and I think I paid mostly for air, not actual food.BTW: I hope the employer will take care of that new kid working there. His customer skills are excellent (he didn't serve the soup)!!

3:30 PM woman made my sandwich no gloves, did not witness her washing hands, touched sandwich bare hands, i noticed she also checked me out. I threw away my sandwich. Unfortunately I did not know what to say in the moment so here we are.

I was there this morning. I got a pizza and a cold cut 6 inch in while I was there. They were arguing the whole time I was there and then my pizza was still frozen when they gave it to me and then my cold cut 6 inch had a hair in it a long black hair .
