1 person in front of me. 2 younger male workers, had 3 tickets for DoorDash. Never looked up, said anything. I waited 20 minutes and walked out. I was the second person to walk out in that timeline. More terrible customer service in an oilfield town. Gets old

Living close by, this is the location me and my husband usually get Subway, we’re used to the turnover and rotating employees but recently we’ve had issues even getting our food. The young man in the chains (he does not have a name tag) does not acknowledge guests to the point we once elected to just leave and go to the location on University. When we have had our food prepared by this gentleman he does so with little regard to the guest and cannot be bothered to add or check for additional ingredients that aren’t already in the front. Coming from someone who works in a restaurant and has worked multiple customer service jobs I can understand and sympathize with how exhausting it may be, but there’s a point of pure perceived arrogance and apathy that cannot be excused. I’m a believer in strong work ethic no matter the job or profession and not only is it frustrating, it is disappointing to come in contact with such individuals.

Horrible service. Ordered from subway app to have food prepared earlier before arrival & older woman that was working still took 15 mins after arrival to make orders. Woman got 1 of the orders incorrect. Chips not cookies were not fully staffed.

Let me start by saying I was patiently waiting for my online order was never acknowledged when I had asked if it my order was ready and Available ,as i know they had stoped placing the orders on their shelf. The employee some how managed to not make my order as was on the ticket and forgot items that were paid for this is unacceptable . Your staff are poorly trained please do better .

The lady in front of me was incredibly impatient and rude to the staff. She was upset because the staff was taking care of online orders in between helping the guests in line. Alyssa, the lady helping her, tried to explain to her that the online orders have to be completed as they come in, and the customer just continued to take a nasty attitude with her. Alyssa kept her cool 100% and handled the customer's impatience kindly and with grace. Some people just don't understand that people have to do their jobs according to how their company tells them to, and not how the customer thinks it should be run. Amazing deescalation skills from the staff at this location. They were busting ass and doing their absolute best.

Shout out to the employee's. First time here so can't speak for all of em but I make weird requests due to not eating pork and dude had no issue helping. I rate subways off employee's. Foods usually about the same everywhere.

So I’m not completely sure what exactly the situation was but I visited this location Sunday afternoon and a customer sitting down inside location informed me as I was walked in that there were several customers who walked out and cancelled their orders due to extremely long wait times. The woman who was working (Marie) was working alone and overwhelmed. She kept apologizing and completed orders as quickly as she could while also baking and flipping fresh bread. I politely and patiently waited on her to get to me. I was in no hurry on the count of me traveling back to East Texas. Total wait time was maybe under 30 minutes. I could tell Marie was grateful for my patience and kindness. You could tell she was having a day and trying to make the most of it. Moving forward I hope this location schedules more staff on each shift to avoid this kind of problem for their customers. Overall my sandwich was to my satisfactory & Marie was a delight under the circumstances. Great customer service while under pressure! Thank you Marie :)

Out of stuff and instead of calling waited for us to show up. That was a waste of our time and fuel. Ridiculous.The tip came back immediately but they’re going to hold onto my almost $30 according to the app for up to a week. Pissed!
