I ordered a footlong Turkey. It is supposed have 8 (EIGHT!!) slices of Turkey on it. Mine had 4 1/2. For the prices they charge, I was PISSED! Train your people better. That's not how to effectively lower food cost because it will cost you customers. I won't be back, I'll stick with Jason's Deli! I wouldn't even give 1 star if I didn't have to.

During my recent visit to Smh, I found that online orders seemed to take priority over inside orders. I had to wait quite a bit until my order was ready. While the food was good, I was disappointed that my order took longer than expected. If you're planning to dine in, be prepared to wait until online orders are done.

Today July 3 2023 we visited this location and I loved the experience we had today at this subway thanks to the ladies working but mostly Trisha she went above and beyond to make sure my child was happy and that is priceless to me as a mother she made our day it’s people like her that encourage us to visit this location again! She fixed my child’s sandwich even though it was my mistake I was so in disbelief and so grateful for her! If you see this Trisha thank you so much again girl you are an amazing women keep it up and the treatment you gave my family but especially my child to make sure he was happy I’m forever grateful!

Was just cussed at by employee. Was sitting at a table while waiting for service. An elderly woman was at the counter in front of me. She called out hello twice with no response.. I call out from the table l, "hello" no response. Walk to the register and firmly say " excuse me" to which a young man walks out and immediately curses at me and aggressively shouting about wanting my sandwich. I reply that I most certainly do not want a sandwich made by him. The woman agrees and we both walk out. Really a crazy experience.. lol was really craving a sandwich

As far as Subways go, this one is the pits. Literally the worst subway I've been to and I've been to international subways. If you order on the app, the food is never ready and there's a high probability the ingredients aren't there. The sandwiches are not made with any love at all, meaning the meats and veggies are placed sloppily. It's either overly dressed or under. I got a sandwich that was soaked and pouring in sweet onion dressing. Literally just a pool of it in my sandwich. So gross. They don't toast the bread completely and you'll get the sandwich cold by the time you eat it. There have also been times where I go for a sandwich at 9pm (closing is 10pm) and the people already turned the open sign off and was closing shop. Worth the extra drive to go to another Subway location honestly.
