Get rid of kids you have working there so unprofessional made it seem as if we forcred them to make out sandwiches refering to the (brothers) that work up there

I went in to this store couple a days ago and I get the meal of the day and it comes with chips or cookies and I get the cookies and the guy getting my order ready only gave me 1 I went back and explained to the guy I paid I should get 2 cookies I have been getting 2 and the guy told the other fellow its 2 cookie not one well I went in again today and he done the same thing I feel like this young man has some ill intent towards me and is energy is bad I will not go back to that store if he is there im not going around any one or anything that has bad intentions he did this on purpose for what ever reason

Went in to pick up an online order Wednesday evening, said 20 minutes. Got there they were about 4 people deep waiting on sandwiches. I went to online pickup and when I asked they were barely fixing to make it. I wasn't mad, two young men probably late teens making the sandwiches. They were making sure to get the order right which is a plus. Well, order was ready called me over and I told him thank you. He politely greeted me to have a good day. When we got home. My son and I were unwrapping our sandwiches. These things looked like a work of art! No joke, even my son said dad, these sandwiches taste amazing for some reason. Lol just wanted to say great service, great young men working behind the counter, and awesome sandwich artists!

Every drink in the cooler was expired.. some since may and it's a week away from August! I told the guy working the dining room and all I got was an oh and he walked off. The meat on the sandwich tasted funny.. seems everything is out of date there

These people were the GOATS, i came in 30 minutes before closing and they were cracking jokes, made my order to perfection, all while still trying to close.
These 3 young men who were working on 5/18/25 should have the recognition they deserve!

I ordered an online order. Turns out they told me after I had everything listed on the order, it would be grubhub who would deliver. DO NOT agree to grubhub. They didn't bring the order to my house and they refused to refund the money to my credit card. They wanted me to use the credit to order from them again. Well, I never plan to use grubhub again. Subway is to blame too, because I called and they said there was nothing they could do because the order was picked up. I would NEVER order online from subway again. Subway's "manager" said they could not give me the contact information for the owner either. I blame both Subway and Grubhub. Meanwhile I am out $50.75 and they neither one care. Just want all the neighbors to know not to order from subway online. It was a horrible experience.
I'm not sure who to get ahold of so here it goes.
If I could rate zero stars for service, I would. We went to the subway on 87th on 11/17/24 at 9:30pm, a whole 30 minutes before closing. 2 out of the 3 people on that staff are always rude.
ZERO acknowledgement when any customer walks in. Which is fine, I get it, you don't want to be at work. But you chose a job that requires customer service/interacting with other human beings.
Tonight however, the attitude was totally unnecessary. The greeting my wife and I got when we walked up to order was an eye roll, a sigh, and him slamming down the sandwich paper and just looked at us. This is not the first time, and this attitude happens no matter what time of the day it is when he is working. I get being annoyed, but you don't have to be rude when you are open for another 30 minutes.
Not to mention he had both airpods in his ears, and the girl had an AirPod in also. They always do.
Hope things change soon at the subway on 87th because we enjoy the food there.

If I could rate them a zero star, I'd would every time I go in there. The management is so rude. The employees are so rude. They don't speak. They rush you through your order. They get mad if you want food on your own sandwich that you were paying for. Today I had a different issue I don't normally take surveys but with it situation that happened today it was a must. I went in after purchasing an online order with my last $20 told me my order would be ready at 12:10 I go inside. Let an employee know that I placed an order, she says let me get my manager. I did receive order. I showed her on my phone when when and what time my order was placed at what location and where they took the funds out of my bank account. The manager comes out back and says it's nothing she can do . She's not gonna give me any food that I have not paid for when clearly I showed her I've paid for really embarrassing. She was approaching me asked her for corporate number. She said there is no corporate. Her name is Christy and I really don't appreciate the way. She handled the situation. It was not professional at all yelling at me and humiliating me as if I'm trying to take food that I clearly paid for unacceptable she did not try to resolve the situation or speak to me like a human being like her and she can't fix the problem at all. I really shouldn't work environment and I'm just so dissatisfied with the service I received today not to mention I didn't even get my food nor my money back , definitely will never eat from this place again and if you are a newcomer find another subway, don't go to the one on 87th or the one on 42nd she's the management of both and I'm sure they are both just as rude if she is the manager every time someone goes there they're mad and don't really wanna be there it's a horrible horrible experience

ordered my food to go and realized both the sandwiches where ice colds apparently they forgot to toast it add lettuce or cucumber I just got a slob of beef and piss.

Worst subway in Odessa. The guy is rude and makes nasty sandwiches. Toasted 3 sandwiches together and they weren’t even toasted. He looks unhappy and is very unpleasant. Subway hire better workers!
