Sub maker put 5 call in orders before a line of people, 4:24pm shift it was a male with a long hair curl that hung down, asked nicely if he could please take my order and he said nope I got orders I asked if they were there and he said nope and then told me to “ have fun with that “ when I let him know that I’ll be letting management know how he was being. Absolutely ridiculous!!

I always save where I can, so I wanted to use my Subway coupon.
Why is it that this specific Subway doesn't accept them?
I've gone to others and they all take them.
$32 for 2 sandwiches. I wasn't too happy about that but I guess.

Went in to order. The girl at the front was prepping bread and not once looked up at us. Finally asked if she would take our order and she said "clearly I'm doing something". What the hell kind of customer service is this? Needless to say we left.

Went in today to buy a sandwich. When I arrived there was no one there. A lady came booking it from the back while on her phone. She put her phone down and looked at me as if I was bothering her. While taking my order and asking me what I wanted on my sandwich she had her phone on speaker and continued her conversation with whoever was on the other end. She spoke so ghetto, i contemplated just leaving. But I didn't and my sandwich was okay.

Ordered a steak egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, $9 per the menu. Was charged $17 for it. When asked, employee simply shrugged and said she didn't know why it was so different. Didn't care why either, it seemed. She was quite rude to us. My coworker who wanted to order the same sandwich simply walked away. Stay away from this Subway.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Did not get anything I paid for and the little girl working couldn't care less. Absolute disappointment!!

0 star for service, employee didn't have the desired product out, or even pre defrosting as we were told. Employee had no issue showing their annoyance with our order as well as spending time chatting with other employees. Obviously we interrupted their break/social time an were an annoyance for wanting what we came to order an waiting for them to get it out and thawed instead of just accepting what they had to offer. Definitely need to train the employees on pre prep or find an employee who actually cares about their job.

They are always out of something and when I order online they always mess up my order. Missing add on's and still get charged for it. Then the employees never know what their "signature sandwiches" come with.
