0 star for service, employee didn't have the desired product out, or even pre defrosting as we were told. Employee had no issue showing their annoyance with our order as well as spending time chatting with other employees. Obviously we interrupted their break/social time an were an annoyance for wanting what we came to order an waiting for them to get it out and thawed instead of just accepting what they had to offer. Definitely need to train the employees on pre prep or find an employee who actually cares about their job.

They are always out of something and when I order online they always mess up my order. Missing add on's and still get charged for it. Then the employees never know what their "signature sandwiches" come with.

The employees do not wash their hands between making sandwiches and taking payments touching money then walk over put gloves on there's a hand washing sink available but never used except one employee Paul and the amazing thing he's brand new employee the lady named Kiki she's very rude disrespectful to customers and in the several visits this pass week just sitting and enjoying my drink and pizza slice she not once washed her hands even after sweeping and getting trash disgusting I wouldn't eat at this subway and I'm gonna say manager in charge must not care ....I wouldn't give any stars

Went in today with my fantastic coworker. We simply wanted a nice, cool lunch in our air conditioned work truck. We thought subway would be the perfect choice. As we got in the line we noticed two very dirty odessians speaking very timidly and wasting everyone’s time. The ladies working did not handle the situation well and it took 30 minutes to get my sandwich ordered. As I approached the register to make my payment the simple, lisped worker was complaining about how she had to work late. Keep in mind we work 24 hour days outside in the 115 degree heat. So to end this review my sandwich was given to the odessians on purpose because I was fed up with the slowness. I wouldn’t recommend this subway to a stray cat. We left there and went to the other subway near by. Better service. Better people. Less stupidity. And your owl tattoo was not cool!

The new Subway pizzas are to die for!!! In 50% of the locations in my area have friendly staffOh and the sandwiches!!!I'm a vegetarian, and I have no problem finding selections throughout their menu. Has to be the best whole food plant-based restaurant available in the area !And the stores are quiet and a great place just to relax refuel your body. I could live in one. I'm soon to retire. I've managed stores from big box all the way down todGod bless Subway!

I have ordered 3 times through their app for an online order and 3 times in a row, the order wasn't made nor have they even heard of the order. All 3 times I let them make it and not once can they make it right. All 3 times it was made wrong. Not like forgot tomato's but they made a sandwich instead of a wrap, a sandwich instead of a melt. They literally cannot read. I must be dumb for keeping on going here. I think I've learned my lesson though.Edit: haven't gone back to any subway in the last 6 months. Good job subway team for not following up at all. ?

The lady who worked this morning was so sweet I believe her name was Josie. She was so sweet, and helpful. She helped me and my husband who had never had subway choose what he might like best. She was very clean polite and I will definitely be going back there for the great service and delicious food. ?
