The shittiest subway, I’ve been to. Food looks mediocre ladies have problem with simple mathematics total change was $4.97. I didn’t want all the change. I gave her a dime said keep the change but give me a dollar the till will be over amount. looked at me like deer in the headlights facility also completely out of napkins.

Ordered here and it was absolutely horrid, nobody answers the phone, the staff is rude and acts non-existent, the manager couldn't be bothered to begin to care and even when ordering FROM this location, they refuse any and all calls unless its corporate calling to breathe down their necks, fire the entire staff present at the time of writing this and start new with this location, its being abused by the people who work there for something else ENTIRELY, but it is NOT a workplace and it is BARELY functioning as a restaurant for the last year or two.

Horrible horrible horrible! Worst $21 ever spent! Meatball sub was just pitiful. The flat breads were frozen but didn’t want to tell me. So they popped it in the microwave. Staff wouldent speak, no sweeet or unsweet tea.

Went the the one in West County in the parking lot with Walgreens and the manager was so rude asked for the Mexicali and she was like what do u want on it I said th way it comes she acted like she didn't know orbit was a bother to her. I've been to this location several times and they are never nice especially the manager I would have gotten her name to report to corporate but she wasn't wearing a name tag. You would think I would learn from past visits so clearly the owner of this establishment doesn't care how his employees test his customers. Absolutely will not be going back but they don't care and they show it.

I went to this subway there was a black man working he was so rude when people would walk in roll his eyes no greeting nothing took forever to do sandwiches i waited 30 mins when it was my turn i ask for the grilled chicken and he said he didnt have grilled chicken why didnt he let customers know when walking in what he didnt have so rude i ended up going to the other subway on west county the one in front of the park they were so much better

I ordered their online deal and they made me feel like I wasn’t right about what I ordered even though I showed them on the app.
Will not be going back to this store. They were out of meatballs so I ask for a Philly toated. Went directly to my car got the sandwich out and took a bite. It was cold. Had 2 employees that were more worried about their boyfriends than helping me.
