I went to this subway there was a black man working he was so rude when people would walk in roll his eyes no greeting nothing took forever to do sandwiches i waited 30 mins when it was my turn i ask for the grilled chicken and he said he didnt have grilled chicken why didnt he let customers know when walking in what he didnt have so rude i ended up going to the other subway on west county the one in front of the park they were so much better

Will not be going back to this store. They were out of meatballs so I ask for a Philly toated. Went directly to my car got the sandwich out and took a bite. It was cold. Had 2 employees that were more worried about their boyfriends than helping me.

Food was good, staff not so friendly, I asked if the cookies were soft get told they fresh but they are hard… they also play gospel music in the restaurant… we should not have hear this music.. this is pushing your religion upon your customers.

This subway is horrible I ordered food to pickup and when I got there to pickup they hadn’t even made my sandwich because they didn’t have wheat bread instead of contacting me they still had me drive to pickup something that hadn’t made and then proceeded to say I couldn’t cancel my order that they would make it on white I let them know I couldn’t eat white they still refused to cancel this location is honestly just trash and it shows from the service to the employees whoever is running this location needs help

I can get past the fact that they are out of certain things but the old woman running the register is just plain rude and acts like it's an inconvenience to serve the customers in the establishment that she chose to work at. Will never come back to this location. I'd rather deal with the crowd at love's to get service from someone that actually appreciates having a job

The server (I think her name was Clara) could not get done with my order fast enough. I clearly wasn't welcome there so I likely won't be back for a long time. She kept trying to finish order after every ingredient and I got tired enough of her folding and unfolding my sandwich that I told her it was done. She was also rude to her coworker because after my sandwich was done, she just about threw it at him to wrap up.

This store has rude customer service.The employee put big globs of mustard on sandwich and cheese melted on paper and not on the sandwich.When brought to employees attention she just ignored the customer.We felt like we were bothering the employee making our sandwiches because that is the impression that she gave us.
