Went into the store on 42nd ordered two Footlong sandwiches and two of the dippers they were unable to do my Dippers because they had no clean mats that they roll them with even though the manager was standing there on the phone doing nothing it's sad when a manager can't even help out his staff the employee there was wonderful she did her job great but maybe the managers need to learn to get off their butt and do a little work

The sandwiches were satisfactory, but we had requested a small amount of pickles, and they added an excessive amount. Additionally, my chips were unfortunately crushed.

Went inside to get a sandwich told the lady three times I wanted a 12 inch sub Italian herb and cheese. And she still looked at me and asked me what size. Then I told her twice a BMT. . She then proceeded to look at me and still ask what kind of sandwich. She could barely speak English to me in return. She seemed to be the only one in the store.. workers should listen to customers better because I work at a subway myself.
