On Sunday Oct 12, 25 around 3pm we placed our orders, a cheeseburger meal and the Al Pastor taco combo meal at the Billy Hext location. The meat was dried out. Also on many occasions the tortilla chips at their self serve is constantly over fried or they keep refrying the left over chips. My biggest and most disgusting complaint is the woman who brought our food to us. When we were done with our meal I went to the bathroom and had to wait as both stalls were occupied. The woman who came out of the stall was none other than the woman who brought our food to us. She walked out of the stall, left and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. We will No Longer go there and I have a good mind to call the Health Dept.

I have visited this location on multiple •• occasions at varying hours of the day and consistently received prompt service. The food is really good. Both the manager and assistant manager have been exceptionally friendly, as have the other staff members. The air conditioning is really good feels exceptionally refreshing, especially after being exposed to the hot sun.

Looks like someone took a bite off my corn before the uber eats driver picked it up. The bag was completely sealed with staples when I recieved it so I know it wasn’t the uber driver who did it . Don’t eat at this place 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Like all the other reviews meat was dry, old? Went on a Saturday and we all talked about was how the meat must have been left on the grill from the Monday before. We had ribs, chicken, and sausage. Ribs so dry there was only bone to naw on lol ….the chicken didn’t even look like chicken and the sausage 😂 gag was like a bite of cardboard. Everything was so bad. Disappointed Brantley Creek right around the way don’t waist your money here. We spent 80 bucks and didn’t even get to eat. Well the chips and green salsa is what I love but unfortunately won’t be back

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !!! I hardly ever complain but this place has the shittiest customer service took 10 mins to answer on the drive through speaker and when they did they put me on hold for another 5 mins and they didn’t even have customers inside . Food was not good and they give you a ridiculous amount for such expensive price I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE .
