We had a large catering order for a team lunch. I worked with Maria from the Odessa store and the meal was delicious, delivered on time, and everything was in the order. They were so professional and made the experience wonderful. Our team LOVED the food and we will be ordering again.

I returned to the restaurant today and the cashier was very friendly. The waitress provided excellent service; she was very attentive and pleasant. The food was delicious, especially the flavorful and hot broth. I will be back.

They Charged us incorrectly and then could not understand us enough to correct it. They understood we were frustrated and tried to give us cake. So the 2nd girl who at least tried to make it better was an improvement over the young lady with fake glasses.

On Sunday Oct 12, 25 around 3pm we placed our orders, a cheeseburger meal and the Al Pastor taco combo meal at the Billy Hext location. The meat was dried out. Also on many occasions the tortilla chips at their self serve is constantly over fried or they keep refrying the left over chips. My biggest and most disgusting complaint is the woman who brought our food to us. When we were done with our meal I went to the bathroom and had to wait as both stalls were occupied. The woman who came out of the stall was none other than the woman who brought our food to us. She walked out of the stall, left and DID NOT WASH HER HANDS. We will No Longer go there and I have a good mind to call the Health Dept.
Just stopped by and the Manager Maria provided Awesome service. She was so sweet really took care of us.
