Food was good but be prepared to wait awhile for your food after they ask you to pull up, I usually wait between 10-30 mins depending on what you order.
This location needs new management, we wait 30 minutes for our food to come out and by the time you get home it’s cold very unsatisfying and the customer service is very bad feels like they are always mad, the food quality is awful too we got some Chalupas and it was more bread than chicken and fillings it’s just everything is awful the restaurant sometimes is not even clean workers see you standing there and they don’t help you till you have to get there attention after 30 minutes it’s ridiculous and they still get mad at well why do you work at a customer service place if you don’t like dealing with customers

I've went through the drive thru the past 2 days and both times they didn't get my order right at all, came home to eat my dinner after a long night at work and they didn't give me what I ordered and I asked for no dairy (lactose intolerant) and there was sour cream and cheese on my food so won't be going back again!
Food actually came out good. I was surprised lmao. Only thing that sucked was that they didn't have ice for the drinks. But they stepped up their game on the food preparation.
Do not go to this Taco Bell in Odessa. Instead do yourself a favor and travel to the one on 42nd street.

Can't rate the food because they told me they don't sell double decker tacos at this location. They said I had to go to the Taco Bell on the other side of town to get the menu items I wanted. So apparently this is NOT an actual Taco Bell Restaurant but some kind of gimmick with limited menu items.
