I found that some items were missing from my order, and the assistant manager, Amber, was rude and unhelpful. She hung up after telling me to either pick up my order or call the 800 number, stating, “It's not her job to make customers happy.” I tried calling the 800 number, but it was closed. This was a complete waste of time and money. Perhaps hiring a new manager who actually cares could improve Taco Bell's service. -Don't order delivery.

Last night I placed a mobile order at 5:30 pm and they didn’t give me my food until 9pm!!!!! And they didn’t know how to cancel the order and the girl working the front kept going to the back to “check” on the order. I finally got a manager to come and he said they “lost” my order. They were all very unprofessional and I didn’t even get one apology or anything. Very disappointed with this location.

Very slow but very slow it is better not to spend a little but you wait a lot almost too much when berries and berries to a McDonald's or another restaurant you will realize the big difference here you lose we swim in what they prepare the average order and 1 hour

The entire point of placing a mobile order is so you don't have to wait forever to pick it up. When I arrived they said they were incredibly busy and it would be about 20 minutes, it took an additional 45 minutes and three conversations with the staff for the food to be ready.
