This place went way downhill! They gave me some apple burritos and sopapillas that were fried in grease that was like two days old. It was so nasty! On top of it all the Owner never even responds to any reviews which shows he probably does not care.
A little crowded at lunchtime but it was worth it.

I was visiting from San Antonio for family event. Every time we come to Odessa we stop in taco villa the one on Andrews highway. This time we stopped by on this on 8th street on Friday when we made it in and Sunday on our way out. I have to say it this has been the best customer service I ever had in Odessa. I want to thank the manager/assistant manager not sure his title is Julio didn’t get his last name he was super nice very welcoming and came by the table to make sure everything was good. Will be stopping on the one on 8th street by now! We are family of 6 and the price was at good range.

The best burrito
Went today through drive through had to repeat myself several times seemed so enthusiastic about his job . Got to the window lady was just as rude. Food wasn't bad but overall I won't be going back. I just feel like in our society these days nobody wants to be nice anymore but when you work in customer service it won't kill you to smile and say have a nice day.

No soap in the bathrooms so neither employees or other customers have clean hands as they walk out.
Gross.
Love visiting this Taco Villa at lunch, especially when Shaniqua is working! She always greets us with a smile and never lets us leave without saying goodbye and to have a good day. The food was good too and the place was nice and clean

Beef crispy taco is always a go-to for fast food as far as a taco. Chicken quesadillas are amazing. Shelby was an awesome front person and the team in the back is always great and on point. Being an army veteran, I love the teamwork back there. Manger wise sometimes I hear some discrepancies but I know its all part of the biz, pretty good manager core overall. So overall... I give taco villa, high points.. they deliver, they dont mess around, and its always fresh.

RAMON was a great person and really made us feel welcomed here at taco villa.
I had a fantastic experience at Taco Villa, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing manager, Ramon. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and efficient — you can tell Ramon leads by example.
He checked in with customers to make sure everyone was satisfied and handled everything with a calm and positive attitude. It’s refreshing to see someone so committed to great customer service and team leadership. Ramon truly goes above and beyond to make Taco Villa a place people want to come back to. Highly recommend visiting — and give a shoutout to Ramon while you’re there!
We visited Taco Villa on 42nd and Grandview on April 28th. We traveled from Dallas to Odessa to hear the MOJO Singalong. My husband LOVES the green sauce at Taco Villa. We enjoyed our food. I am writing this review to compliment the employees. The customer service was excellent. We were welcomed in and treated better than any fast food restaurant EVER! As we left, we were thanked for our business. It was such a refreshing experience. We will be back.
At lunch time, despite growing line length (drive thru) over past few weeks, wait time is within lunch break constraints. Stopwatch times from line entry until food in hand has ranged from 2 to 7 minutes with up to 8 cars ahead.
However an extra menu sign positioned about 75 to 100 feet further back from ordering point would likely help less frequent customers explore more items without holding up the line.
Do not go to the one on 8th street in Odessa, Tx . Horrible customer service especially when you are genuinely respectful and just trying to get your order right. Very rude lady manager
