I was visiting from San Antonio for family event. Every time we come to Odessa we stop in taco villa the one on Andrews highway. This time we stopped by on this on 8th street on Friday when we made it in and Sunday on our way out. I have to say it this has been the best customer service I ever had in Odessa. I want to thank the manager/assistant manager not sure his title is Julio didn’t get his last name he was super nice very welcoming and came by the table to make sure everything...
Went today through drive through had to repeat myself several times seemed so enthusiastic about his job . Got to the window lady was just as rude. Food wasn't bad but overall I won't be going back. I just feel like in our society these days nobody wants to be nice anymore but when you work in customer service it won't kill you to smile and say have a nice day.
Love visiting this Taco Villa at lunch, especially when Shaniqua is working! She always greets us with a smile and never lets us leave without saying goodbye and to have a good day. The food was good too and the place was nice and clean
