Food is always great. If they serve it the way you order it. It’s very pricey. It’s almost too expensive. It used to be a good value for your money but not so much anymore. What is most frustrating is when you request extra cheese and extra red sauce and you pay for it and don’t get it. This is the absolute best food that you will decide is not worth it. I’m glad I got to experience Taco Villa in their glory days. It used to be an affordable place to bring your family and the staff seemed like they had pride in their restaurant. Now it seems like a chain that lost its charm and attention to detail.

Had to give one star this is as low as I could go. Ordered a steak fajita burrito with grated cheese meat was dry and burnt, you can see a little cheese but not much more of a cheese suprise if you find it. Also ordered a soft taco it looked good when I opened it but the meat paste was cold like it just came out of cooler. Won't be back there ever again. Odessa needs a Taco Casa

The guy that attended us, he was rude! He didn't want to give us the cups for our drinks he said not until we pay first ? we had never been treated like this before? this is the first time I have ever experienced this?

Wouldn't take my order o er the phone. Ended paying for stuff I didn't want and didn't get everything I wanted . So I payed more than I had planned and couldn't go back n return or whatever because I didn't have a ride that's y I was trying to call it in.

To start I think this is the most expensive fast food place I ever went to. The service was slow and I had to give then my order several times over the intercom. Then the geniuses working there folded my quesadilla in half and shoved it in the bag so hard it completely fell apart when I tried to eat it. Lastly I never received the fries I paid for. I most definitely will not be coming back

On occasion, food may have to be remade but for the most part, it's one of my drive-thru go-tos.Vegetarian options: Definitely, one of the easier drive-thru places to eat that provides vegetarian options.Dietary restrictions: They are ready to make customizations. Of course, on occasion, they don't get it right and you have to have things remade, but most of the time they get it right.
