I’ll start with my order. Ordered a banana split just did not know I needed to order banana to be on it… yeah no banana. When I called the store asked for a manager and told them my issue and explained I’m not mad. She said I’m sorry…..no trying to make it right not offer to bring it back we can fix it. Sad very sad

I stopped by Texas Burger on West University and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, hot, and cooked just right — you can definitely tell they’re made to order. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was smooth even while they were busy. The restaurant itself is clean, casual, and comfortable.

The service here is always top notch. The kids that work here are incredibly respectful and well mannered. The adults are just as so. The food order is always correct and we’ve never had any issues. Very good!

I ordered milkshakes got milk with whip cream. Did they run out of ice cream? Maybe since I was at drivethru they thought I wouldn't notice.

Don't bother ordering milk shakes here. Not mixed properly. Runny like drinking milk with whip cream on top. They used to make really good, thick shakes. On top of this, the guy who carried them out, didn't put them in a carrier like they always have, instead had 3 shakes and the middle one got squished so the lid came off, it was running all down his legs and hands and he tried handing it to me that way. I told him to take it back and make it right. He told me to drive back around. I parked and went in to get it since there was a long line in drive through. Whole thing was ridiculous. Waste of $35 for 5 shakes.
Never in my life had experience the worse burger they had made my burger wrong i came home to eat and my bunns were soggy wet it was disgusting never will go there ever again
