Called my order in1 hour ago and I get there and they said I still have a 20 minute wait. I’m good. I will go somewhere else. What a joke. The outside to go pick up is a bad idea and you really need to make sure actual to go order people are parking in the to go spots they are always full for a long time I can tell you they are sitting inside eating.

I’m a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, and this visit reminded me exactly why. No matter what city I’m in, the experience is consistently great—they’ve done an amazing job keeping the quality and vibe the same across their locations.
I was dining by myself and getting some work done on my laptop, and the service was excellent. I was checked on often, offered water multiple times, and never felt rushed.
I ordered the Dallas Filet, cooked medium,one of my absolute favorites. It was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. I kept it simple with a sweet potato and Caesar salad on the side, and both were solid. And of course, the bread and that cinnamon butter never miss. Completely addictive.
Every time I visit, it’s either the Dallas Filet or a classic sirloin when I’m in the mood for something more basic. Either way, Texas Roadhouse never disappoints. Still a loyal fan!

Ismael and Jolyza at the bar tonight went above and beyond! Hardest working duo in customer service in Odessa please give these two a raise if a manger sees this. Crazy people sometimes here but they had great attitudes and consistently went above and beyond with a smile taking care of everyone! You guys rock!

This is the WORST Texas Roadhouse we have ever been to! We love eating at Texas Roadhouses across the country, but it is safe to say that we will never step foot in this one again. Our server, Nathan, was great. He was very attentive to our table and did an outstanding job! The volume of the music at this restaurant was ridiculous. You couldn’t even have a conversation with the person across the table. One of us ordered prime rib medium well. It came out red and mostly fat and none of our potatoes came out the way they were ordered (baked instead of mashed and missing items that loaded should include). If it hadn’t have been for our server being so accommodating, we probably would have walked out even after waiting an hour just to get in. So, shout out to Nathan! I hope the managers at this restaurant know how lucky they are to have someone like him on their team. We would have told the manager all of these things in person had they come around to check on our table like managers have done each and every other Texas Roadhouse we have visited over the years.
