I had placed an order and picked it up, by the time I got home I realized I was missing a plate. we called to talk to someone and they were incredibly rude and hung up. the location is closed now so there is nothing I can do. but call in the morning hopefully to get a refund. I am thoroughly upset about this and now I have to find something else to eat. I wasn't given an apology just yelled at and hung up on. im disappointed in this customer service, ive been going here for years and never had an issue before

I ordered food at 6:59 and I did not receive my order till 940. The lady did not tell me when I ordered. They had one driver and she said she was gonna send me cookies to make it right and she didn’t and was rude they were supposed to send me ice cups and they didn’t. My son went to sleep without eating and my husband had worked 14 hour shift and did not get to eat also and food was not hot.

Well let’s start with the “jumbo “ shrimp…what a joke what I got was 6 tiny pieces of shrimp nowhere near Jumbo that’s false advertisement next I got the double meat cheeseburger, which was so salty. You couldn’t eat it… I should have went to McDonald’s I’ll never go back. That’s for sure.

First time eating here, and we got the mix special for 2, it includes sirloin tips, salad potatoes and sweet tea. The steak tips were great honestly and the potatoes were good, we only got 1 small butter and 1 sour cream a piece which I just used my butter at home. And the salad was just mix from a bag nothing special. But that all tasted great we substituted my daughters salad for broccoli she loved that. But the reason it's not 5 stars is the sweet tea was soured. We were so excited to try the raspberry tea and both went to take a big drink when we got home and spit it out immediately!! Gotta check these things before serving!! But other than that delicious!

Love when the food fills up the To-go box! Burger was cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted oh so nice!!! Also baked potatoe was amazing with all of the fixings! Perfect meal for a great price!! And an abundance of food. This place needs more cred!!!
We called and asked several questions and very nice lady helped us. We called back and ordered. $48. Picked up and got 2 free drinks. When we returned to our hotel room to eat. We found no napkins no plastic silverware. We order ranch dressings for 2 salads. NONE IN 3 bags so no salad. Polotoes were not cooked so we didn't eat. So rolls were good. Buttered and ate. They gave us a whole bag of salt and peppers small packages. Got sour cream (4) I think but could not use. We ordered 2 sirloin steaks and 2 of salads and rolls and 2 potato's. Then order medium rare both but one steak my wife ordered she asked if it could not be burned or real charred. Both steaks did come medium rare but no difference or labeled as my wife suggested. Then because we picked up both sweet teas were free. Great ----so my wife asked if both could be with no ice so they didn't melt and ruin drink. When I got there lady had steaks in one bag in warmer. Another bag had condiments and desserts and 3 rd bag had drinks. But Drinks were not ready so she called back to someone to make peach and coconut sweet tea. Of course ice in both.

I ordered two steak tip meals, and the steak tips were very dry. Whenever we pulled up to the drive-through there was a chick outside smoking a vape. I’m very disappointed in steak express they have always been fresh,friendly and professional.

I understand the specialty is the steak items, but no sides is a point off. The wait times are always ridiculous, but if I'm given a time I don't expect double the length of time given. They even stalled at the window for five minutes at a time thinking it was clever. They told me 20 minutes, it was 50. I would've been happy to wait that time if they mentioned order volume, or decided otherwise. I also had no issue going somewhere else up the street, with no attitude or argument if they would have told me it would be another 20 minutes. Steak burger was tasty, however, so there's that. Prices also weren't terrible, considering that their sides and beverages were limited.
