Baristas are great. Coffee is good. The atmosphere is a drive through in West Odessa. So not great. But that's not their fault. It's just poor atmospheric conditions out here. Overall, they are pretty classy for their surroundings.

I am a regular of the east side human bean but I had to go today to this one and the 2 young little skinny Mexican girls are so rude. I usually get 3 scoops of snowy in my iced 16 ounce coffee since I’m a regular and was charged 75cents for half a scoop. The girl was so rude and didn’t even say thank you and her and the other employee were talking about me about the extra scoop. Coffee here is really bad. I will stick to my human bean on the east side, this one is the worst! Won’t come here again!
We have become repeat customers for coffee and their bubbly energy drinks. Everything is very affordable. The staff members are friendly and happily make suggestions that are catered to our liking.

Would get more but, just left this location asked for a French vanilla latte but got hazelnut latte instead. Now just gotta take the L and throw the coffee. The coffee covered beans will probably the only thing I'll get from here. Just attention to detail is lacking in this town.

The staff here are very nice and accommodating, every time I ask for a suggestion it's come out great. The Human Bean is definitely more for the heavy coffee drinkers.
