Hi it's a hour and 10 min to closing time during January 2026 middle of winter and its predicted to snow , I walked into the store as a returning customer and the staff are here without supervision they turned their espresso machine off and refused yo make me a hot drink , I felt disrespected as a loyal customer. Calling on the owners to get video supervision on the younger staff members. Thank you. Seriously yall might as well turn the Ice machine off during July. ... I was kind of upset as my husband and I usually share a hot coffee after a intense workout and the Ac in the mall is blasting so my hubby is cold and they are only serving cold drinks. Anyway hope yall fix this

When you order coffee they don't put a new bland , they use the initiative was used already. So bad and disgusting burn 🔥 coffee. Don't go there for a coffee or anything, the blond manager thinks she knows how to make coffee. Very bad service and very bad coffee!

Lovvveee their coffees! Their "Thirsty Turtle" frozen drink is my favorite, it's white mocha with caramel drizzle! Affordable and worth every penny!

i would give absolutely no stars if i could!! they have roaches!!! do not go to this place!! the lady’s there are so snobby and hateful! on their phones instead of trying to ask what you’d like. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

My favorite coffee! The workers are always super nice. You can create so many combinations for your drink which is so fun, the menu is so open with a large selection. The prices are reasonable. The make the drinks pretty quickly. My favorite so far is the mint mocha it’s on the sweet side but it’s so good. I wish they made more Thirsty Turtles outside of the mall hecause i can’t always go on that side of town.
