Absolutely worst customer service I have seen around Midland/Odessa which is pretty bad since I’ve lived here 40 years. Genesis or something like that which is apparently the manager that came out of the kitchen for my complaint of waiting for 30+ minutes to get an order that said it was ready for pickup at the time on receipt was beyond rude. I said I thought it was unacceptable for not having the order ready when the pickup time says (at least by 10mins or so) but 30-35 mins is not okay for people on lunch breaks etc. She then told me” the time that it says isn’t right because it doesn’t account for them having to cook it in the kitchen.” I then said “shouldn’t Torchy’s update their website then to account for the time?” I was then told “that’s not our issue that’s a corporate issue.” I then said “well shouldn’t you reach out to customers or something to let them know it will be longer?” She then told me “you are more than welcome not to order from us anymore and you can leave” I was shocked and am quite honestly shocked this place is surviving the way it is with such a terrible staff member in place. Hopefully this review can reach the right person and help them evaluate the members they have and the positions they hold.

When using the credit card you cannot see what comes up on screen[it's dark] so asked and was told no tip is the top button. Nope it's a 6 dollar tip. Very shady of the lady at the counter. To top it off our food went to another table. The guy was very confused. We watched him do this 2 more times with orders.

Service was great The place is very nice The food is not OK I order fajita taco and pork chile taco and it was ok My wife ordered a grill shrimp taco and the shrimp was literally raw like they took it out of the fridge
