I want to take a moment to recognize the workers at Torchy’s. They work hard every day in a fast-paced environment, often dealing with difficult situations and the common misconception that “the customer is always right.” Despite this, they consistently remain professional, kind, and attentive.

It’s not easy to balance speed, accuracy, and great customer service while facing challenging guests, but these servers do it with patience and a smile. They...

We sat at the bar. Justin was otherworldly. I couldn't be happier with the service. He hand made a fork for my wife, due to a shortage of actual plastic utensils. Run, don't walk. Go eat there.
